Benefit Roller Lash Mascara

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara

I first mentioned this mascara in last month’s wishlist post. My sister and another friend had bought and subsequently raved about this mascara, so I was keen to try.

I was a bit sceptical about it as some of Benefits products can be quite gimmicky and I thought It might be a case of looks good but doesn’t live up to the hype.

The Roller Lash is billed as a ‘Super curling and lifting mascara’ and the USP is the ‘hook n roll’ brush which lifts and curls lashes and sets for up to 12 hours. The mascara is meant to get rid of the need for eyelash curlers.

The brush itself is a thin brush and when you use on your lashes, you can actually feel it hooking and coating the lashes with product. I was worried it may make lashes clumpy too (as ‘They’re Real’ sometimes can) but it doesn’t at all, it gives a really clean look to lashes. It instantly curls the lashes and gives an eyes wide open look. I would definitely say you can get away without using eyelash curlers with this mascara. It gives a really glossy intense colour and it is so much easier to remove than ‘They’re Real’ too which is an added bonus.

I can’t talk about a Benefit product without mentioning the fabulously quirky retro packaging and the Roller Lash mascara doesn’t disappoint in this area too!

A definite winner for me and one to try is you are looking for a new mascara.

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara retails at £19.50 in Boots.
