Masque Bar Foot Masks
These foot masks from Korean brand Masque Bar have really impressed me, especially the Gentle Exfoliating Foot Mask – probably the only product that has ever made my feet feel truly soft!
The masks are really convenient and easy to use without any mess…. they are literally applied like socks. The Gentle Exfoliating mask contains chamomile and gentle fruit acids which work on removing rough dry skin. I left the mask on for 90 minutes as directed and when I took my feet out they were so soft afterwards. The rough dry skin starts to peel off between four and seven days and can take up to 14 days to fully work. I did the mask five days ago and my skin started peeling off 2 days ago. It does warn you not to use any other implements to take the skin off while it is peeling (easier said than done….it’s so tempting.) This is probably the only foot product I have ever used that has made a real difference to my rough dry feet and used in conjunction with the Intensive Moisturising Mask, they are the perfect combo for getting feet beach ready.
The Intensive Moisturising Mask works in the same way but you don’t have to wear as long (around 30 minutes) and contains shea butter, apple extract and peppermint to restore moisture to super dry feet and improve the appearance of cracked heels.
The masks are available exclusively at Boots and the foot masks retail at £9.99 and are currently on buy one, get one half price.
